Refund Policy
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. Allegheny Grass Fed Cooperative uses a foam insulated cooler box designed to withstand warm temperatures to ship via our third party shipping service. This foam cooler is placed in a corrugated box for protection against shipping or other delivery elements. The cooler foam style box ensures our products get to you timely, safely and in a temperature controlled environment. In the event that product gets damaged during shipping, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that we receive proof of the damaged goods within 24 hours of you receiving the order.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget you placed an order and it has already shipped.
